Thanks to a well traveled relative, I’ve recently acquired coins from all over the world.
Many of these coins from outside the U.S. have metals in them that give off wonderful “sunset” colors when heat is applied. I’ve heated these coins up to a glowing red in the forge and hammer textured them. I will soon have these colorful pieces on cordage so they can become someones go to jewelry piece.
